Who I am
Mâvee Interiors is my interior design studio, based in Woking, Surrey. I'm Hatice Kandemir, and I'm responsible for any personal information you share through this website. If you have a question about your data, email me at hello@maveeinteriors.co.uk.
What I collect
When you send an enquiry through the booking form, I receive:
- your name, email address and phone number
- the service you're interested in
- how you heard about me, if you choose to tell me
- your message
I don't collect anything else about you through this website.
Why I use it
I use your details only to reply to your enquiry and arrange The Introduction. If we go on to work together, I use them to run your project. I don't add you to a mailing list, and I never sell your details or share them for marketing.
My legal basis is that you've asked me to contact you, and, if we work together, the agreement between us.
Who else handles it
This website is hosted by Netlify, which receives the form and passes your enquiry to my email inbox. Like any website host, Netlify also records basic technical information, such as IP addresses, to keep the site running securely. Netlify and my email provider store data on my behalf and may use servers outside the UK. I don't share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long I keep it
If we don't work together, I delete your enquiry within 12 months. If we do, I keep project records for as long as I need them for the work, and for as long as UK law requires for tax and accounting records.
Your rights
You can ask me to:
- show you the personal information I hold about you
- correct it
- delete it
- stop using it
Email me and I'll reply within one month. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This website doesn't use cookies or tracking tools. The fonts are stored on this website, so loading a page doesn't share your details with other companies.
